My stay at Pullman for 4 nights at the beginning of June, where I booked a Junior Suite, had its ups and downs. The room was good size with a comfortable bed, but the check-in experience was not ideal, as the room was not ready on time and I had to wait around for over an hour without being informed. Additionally, being asked for a cash deposit despite providing my credit card details was unexpected and hasn't happened to me before in any other hotel I've stayed in worldwide.
